Drawing on experiences with learning and teaching across the globe and graduate work at Colorado State University, Macquarie University, and Walden University, Dr Kevin Jenson developed Human Centered Learning LLC in 2018 to help organizations shift the center of education from information to the individual. This site operates as an open-access resource and connection point for educators worldwide building and advocating for human-centered learning environments.

Cultural immersion coupled with non-stop efforts to start my own business taught me that nothing is more valuable than the chance to learn by doing. Through a Master of Education degree, I have developed a model of learning designed around the holistic development of the individual to give many more people the opportunities in higher education I wish I could have enjoyed.

What is Human Centered Learning?

“Education should seek to bring its subjects to the perfection of their moral, intellectual and physical nature, in order that they may be of the greatest possible use to themselves and others” What does Human Centered Learning LLC offer? Not the mastery of content, but the mastery of the individual who must use it and further its development. The center of the classroom experience must shift from the INFORMation of individuals, to the individuals inFORMATION.
